Gardant Expands in Bourbonnais Healthcare Corridor

Gardant Management Solutions, the largest provider of assisted living in the state of Illinois, has moved its headquarters to Bourbonnais.

The new corporate office, which is located at 4882 North Convent Street, better accommodates the company as it continues to expand its portfolio and hire additional staff.  The 150,000 SF multi-tenant Class A office/call center formerly occupied by Cigna Corporation has 125,000 SF remaining available for lease.

Gardant was previously located at 535 E. North Street in Bradley.

Gardant operates more than 40 assisted living, senior living and memory care communities in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, the Metro East area of St. Louis, and other locations in northern, central and southern Illinois. The company also manages properties in Indiana, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia, ranking as the 10th largest provider of assisted living in the country. A community in Washington, D.C., is under development and will open next year.
