What is the Economic Alliance of Kankakee County?
The Alliance is a public-private partnership between the County of Kankakee and the Kankakee County Economic Development Association. This fourteen member board is comprised of seven members of the Kankakee County Board and seven members from the private sector. The move brings a unified voice behind economic development and provides a one-stop shop for new and existing businesses.
The Alliance provides the leadership to bring together communities, businesses, labor and education while developing and implementing strategies that foster economic prosperity for the residents of Kankakee County.

The Alliance office is open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. The Alliance office is located at the 200 East Court Street, Ste. 507, Kankakee, IL 60901 in the heart of downtown Kankakee.
